At minimum, we need the existing curb dimensions (length, width, and height) and the new unit model number. If you have submittal drawings for the new equipment, that speeds things up even more.
Our average turnaround from approved order to shipment is about 5 business days. Rush orders are available — just let us know your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Adapters are crated and shipped via common carrier directly to your job site.
The configurator helps you spec out your adapter and generates a detailed submittal. For pricing, our bid department will follow up with a formal quote, usually within one business day.
Our standard adapters are fabricated from 16-gauge or 18-gauge galvanized steel. We also offer galvalume, aluminum, and stainless steel for special applications.
